A new innovative cloud based relationship management solution for water Wholesalers and Retailers to manage all operational interactions between each other in the new retail market.
It is fully compliant with MOSL bilateral processes and forms as well providing capability to create new forms, direct message, set & monitor performance against SLA’s and define unique rule sets for each form to improve validation prior to transmission. The vision for Emerald is that requests can be raised directly in the field e.g. via mobile device/phone, validated before transmission to ensure all data needed by recipient to process has been provided, transmitted together with supporting in information e.g. photo’s and then tracked/monitored via Dashboard.
Should clients want, the solution can be integrated with their existing systems to provide further process efficiencies.
It will improve the handling of requests between market operators e.g. Retailer requesting confirmation from Wholesaler of supply point / meter details and improve end customer service through prompt action.
Emerald was market tested in 2016 to confirm there was a need for such a solution. Currently Wheatley are talking to three UK water companies concerning working in collaboration to finalise its development. The aim being to develop a water specific solution that is fit for purpose and provides real value.
